‘Everything’s yellow’ and more ways to know spring is here in Alabama

You don’t need a calendar to know that spring has officially arrived in Alabama. All you have to do is view the light dusting of yellow that seems to be covering anything and everything outdoors.

Of course, while all the pollen is the most noticeable sign of spring in our state, it isn’t the only one.

This is Alabama recently asked its followers to finish this sentence, “You know it’s spring in Alabama when..,” and the hundreds of responses made it clear that spring has arrived.
