iHeartRadio Music Awards 2025: How to watch, where to live stream free

The 12th annual iHeartRadio Music Awards premieres on FOX Monday, March 17 at 8/7c.

Hosted by American rapper and actor LL Cool J, this year’s awards ceremony will stream live from the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles, California. In addition to being a night that celebrates the music industry, this year the awards ceremony is assisting in raising funds for the wildfire destruction that devastated the surrounding area.

Along with celebrating the most-played artists and songs on the iHeartRadio stations throughout 2024, viewers will also get a preview of some upcoming hits of 2025.

Sprinkled throughout the night, performances by some of the industry’s top artists will take place. Artists confirmed for performances throughout the night include Bad Buddy, Billie Eilish, GloRilla, Gracie Abrams, Kenny Chesney, Muni Long, Nelly and more.

Both Lady Gaga and Mariah Carey will be recognized with the Innovator Award and the Icon Award respectively. Other nominees for this year’s awards ceremony include Sabrina Carpenter, Post Malone, Morgan Wallen, Kendrick Lamar and more.

Star-studded nominee Taylor Swift will also be in attendance as she’s being recognized for her “Era’s Tour” as it’s titled the “Tour of the Century.”

Where can I watch the iHeartRadio Music Awards for free?

Those interested in watching the annual awards ceremony can live stream for free through Fubo or DirecTV Stream—both of which offer free trials to new subscribers.

What is Fubo?

Fubo is much like any other streaming service, but instead of simply offering on-demand streaming, it offers a plethora of live TV channels such as ESPN, ABC, NBC, CBS, TLC, MTV and more.

Fubo considers itself a sports-focused live streaming service but also offers over 100 live TV channels through its basic package at just $84.99 a month following its 7-day free trial.

Users can stream a variety of shows and movies on-demand and even have the option to record favorite shows and movies through Fubo’s unlimited DVR feature.

What is DirecTV Stream?

DirecTV Stream mirrors Fubo by offering many of the same channels and features. The base package, otherwise known as the Entertainment package, includes over 90 channels available for streaming for just $86.99 a month after its 5-day free trial.

DirecTV Stream also has the Choice package, which is normally $114.99 a month, but through an ongoing promotion, pay just $89.99 a month for your first three months to access over 125 channels.

The service’s Ultimate package, normally $129.99 a month, is part of the current DirecTV Stream’s promotion, too. Pay $104.99 a month for your first three months and enjoy over 160 channels.

Those interested can compare all DirecTV Stream’s packages and learn more about the ongoing promotion here.
