A country music superstar already due to appear at Rock the South has set another Alabama date in June.

Hank Williams Jr. will perform at the Wharf Amphitheater on June 7, a Saturday, according to information released by Live Nation. The show also will feature the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band.

General public ticket sales start at 10 a.m. Friday, March 14, through Ticketmaster. The service lists several presales starting before then. Ticket prices were not immediately available.

The June 7 show in Orange Beach will precede Rock the South, which falls on June 19-21 in Cullman. The festival’s lineup includes Kid Rock, Nickelback and 3 Doors Down, among other acts.
