Is Chad Baker-Mazara returning back to the starting lineup this week for Auburn?

A grueling SEC schedule can be strenuous playing on the No. 1 team in the country.

Chad Baker-Mazara had his fair share of bumps and bruises resulting in him coming off the bench in Auburn basketball’s last two games.

After a scoreless finish at Vanderbilt, Mazara bounced back scoring 15 points in the Tigers 94-85 victory over Alabama.

Tuesday Auburn coach Bruce Pearl talked about the progression Mazara has made this week and the possibility of him entering the starting lineup again.

Senior Chris Moore filled in for Mazara in the starting rotation.

“We’ll see how he does. Had a good practice yesterday, looked really good, I’ll talk to him about it. He looked, yesterday, he looked, I want to say healthy,” Pearl said. I hope he feels that way again today, we’ll see how he looks.”

Auburn’s next matchup with Arkansas will tipoff at 8 p.m. and will be televised on ESPN.
