The University of Alabama in Huntsville and Mazda Toyota Manufacturing are collaborating in an effort to drive innovation, performance and employee retention at the plant in Greenbrier.

The psychology and industrial & systems engineering and engineering management (ISEEM) departments at UAH are involved in the collaboration, the university said in a release.
