Orange Beach held off a late St. Michael push to win the boys Class 4A, Area 1 championship at home with a 37-32 victory on Tuesday.

The Makos (15-12) led by 9 to start the fourth quarter, but St. Michael’s Kamarjay Lavoie answered with 6 points to cut into the lead.
