Reality TV star Bam Margera recently made a surprise appearance at City Walk Skate Park in Birmingham, sharing on social media that the park was “one of the best.”

Margera shared a photo of himself at the skatepark, which is the largest skate park in Central Alabama and offers more than 58,000 square feet of skate-able spaces. The photo was captioned with “Birmingham skatepark, one of the best” on Instagram on Jan. 28.

Margera is a former professional skateboarder that’s also known for starring on MTV’s “Jackass” in the early 2000s as well as a slew of spin-off shows, including “Viva la Bam,” “Bam’s Unholy Union” and more.

In a prior post on his Instagram page, Margera said he was in Birmingham for a podcast and had also been challenged to do an ice plunge for $1,000 while in town.
