Hellish, heartbreaking devastation. Wildfires don’t care.

Helplessly watching the LA wildfires. Entire neighborhoods burnt to a crisp. Lives destroyed. In an instant. Hot winds of misinformation only add fuel to the heartbreak and devastation.

Wildfires don’t care if you live in a mansion or in a cardboard box.

Wildfires don’t care about politics.

Wildfires don’t care if you believe in climate change or not. They just burn. Relentlessly. Leaving destruction and chaos in their wake. Just like some of our fire-breathing politicians.

California firefighters are among the best in the world. They are fighting like there’s no tomorrow. Without them, there won’t be a tomorrow for many folks. Firefighters from Canada and Mexico are also on the frontlines. Prisoners, too. For cheap. Brothers in arms, laying their lives on the line, fighting the blazes. Thanks to all for your bravery in the war zone.

Wildfires don’t care.
