Two star Fox News hosts announce engagement
Two high-profile Fox News Channel hosts have announced their engagement.
Sean Hannity and Ainsley Earhardt became engaged over the Christmas holiday at their church, the network announced.
“We are overjoyed and so thankful to our families for all of their love and support during this wonderful time in our lives,” Earhardt, 48, and Hannity, 62, said in a statement.
The two “prefer to keep their private lives out of the spotlight,” the statement added but have been in a long-distance relationship between New York, where Earhardt is based, and Florida, where Hannity lives. Earhardt will continue to host “Fox & Friends” from New York while Hannity will continue his eponymous primetime show “Hannity,” from Florida.
Hannity, who also has a syndicated radio show, has been with the network since it launched in 1996, previously hosting “Hannity & Colmes.” Earhardt joined the network in 2007 and served as a co-host of “Fox & Friends” since 2016. She’s also the author of several books, including three New York Times bestselling children’s books, according to hew network bio.
According to the LA Times, it’s the second marriage for Hannity and the third for Earhardt.
