Auburn football has added more transfer portal depth up front signing offensive tackle Mason Murphy.

After signing Xavier Chaplin, Murphy will be joining returning Tigers Connor Lew, Dillon Wade and Bradyn Joiner.

Murphy played in all 14 games at USC in 2022 and started five games the following season. This past year, Murphy started all 12 games for the Trojans at right tackle leading the team in total and offensive snaps.

He is the eighth player out the portal to sign with Auburn joined by Chaplin, Jackson Arnold, Ashton Daniels, Durell Robinson, Raion Strader Taye Seymore and Hudson Kaak.
