The Mountain Brook boys basketball team bounced back from its second loss of the season to trounce Hueytown 81-45, blistering the nets to the tune of 59 percent shooting from beyond the 3-point arc in the home win on Saturday.

The Spartans, who lost last week to unbeaten Huntsville, hit 19-of-32 on 3-pointers to improve to 9-2 on the season.
