One person was killed and multiple other people injured in a shooting Friday night, according to Mobile police.

At approximately 10:47 p.m., officers responded to the area of Bellingrath Road and Laurendine Road.

One victim was dead on the scene and multiple injured victims were transported to local hospitals. The extent of their injuries are unknown.

According to witnesses, the shooting happened as roughly 100 people were at a party, which included a bonfire and drinking games, WKRG reported. The shooters drove off while firing guns from their vehicle, that report stated.
