Show Us Your Mardi Gras Gowns: Osiris Goes to the Oscars

The Order of Osiris celebrated its 41st annual Mardi Gras ball on Friday, Jan. 27, at the Mobile Convention Center.

The tableau was the main affair of the evening, with the members showing off in costumes themed from Oscar-nominated films. The tone of the evening was set with the grand entrances from the organization’s dual monarchs: King Brandi XL and Queen Ginny XL. The royal processions were followed by those of emblems Osiris, Isis and Horus, and all were proceeded by a memorial for member, and former queen, Michael Spotswood.
