Lakers’ LeBron James to play vs. Knicks, closing in on scoring title; Live stream, how to watch online
LeBron James will play for the Los Angeles Lakers on Tuesday, Jan. 31against the New York Knicks, according to an ESPN report. The game will be live streamed on Sling (half off first month).
ESPN’s Dave McMenamin reports James, who missed Monday’s night game against the Nets will play.
James is on the verge of breaking Kareem Abdul-Jabbar’s all-time scoring record at 38,387. At the age of 38, James needs 117 points to claim the record.

James is experiencing what coach Darvin Ham said is “really significant soreness” in his left foot. James played 44 minutes Saturday night in Boston in a game that went to overtime. The referees later acknowledged missing a foul on his drive to the basket at the end of regulation. The Lakers then announced Sunday that James and Anthony Davis would be out Monday.
