Breakfast and lunch concept First Watch is bringing another location to Alabama – this time in Alabaster.

Developer Alumni Properties has entered into a lease for a 4,400-square-foot First Watch location at the Shoppes at District 31 development, to be located at the northwest quadrant of U.S. 31 and Interstate 65. It will bring roughly 600,000 square feet of new retail, restaurant, and hotel space to Alabaster.
