The University of Alabama welcomed a new hire this summer and announced a recent promotion to its executive leadership.

The University of Alabama employs 7,472 faculty and staff, according to last year’s data provided by the Office of Institutional Research and Assessment.

These two staff positions were publicly approved by the University of Alabama System board of trustees.
