The City of Mobile and South Alabama’s Hancock Whitney Stadium are officially in the hunt to host the AHSAA Super 7 football championships in the future.

Danny Corte, executive director of the Mobile Sports Authority, told AL.com on Thursday that the city submitted its bid last week.
