The NBA playoffs kicked off on Saturday, and the first round action is continuing tonight with a huge Eastern Conference battle between the Philadelphia 76ers and the New York Knicks.

The game begins at 6:30 p.m. CT on TNT, and it will be the first game of a doubleheader on the network. Fans can catch the action for free by utilizing the free trial provided by DirecTV Stream, or they can purchase a Sling subscription for an affordable option.

Despite the matchup consisting of the two and seven seeds in the Eastern Conference, the series should be competitive because only one game separated them in the regular season standings. The 76ers obtained the seventh seed by winning their first game in the SoFi NBA Play-In Tournament over the Miami Heat.

The first game of the series was a rollercoaster, as the lead alternated between the two teams during every quarter. The 76ers were great offensively for half of the game, but scored just 12 points during the second quarter. Meanwhile, the Knicks were able to overcome a fourth quarter deficit and grab a game 1 victory at home in Madison Square Garden.

Game 2 of the series should be exciting, as the 76ers try and steal a game from the Knicks before heading back to Philadelphia for games 3 and 4.
