5 must-see concerts at Birmingham’s Alys Stephens Center

It’s still the height of summer, but Birmingham’s fall concert calendar is heating up in the very best way. One notable venue, the Alys Stephens Center, has been slowly releasing information on its 2023-2024 season, and we spotted at least five must-see shows on the calendar for September and October.

Tickets for all of the concerts below are on sale now, and prices top out at $69, plus service charges.

BEN FOLDS

Who: Singer-songwriter, pianist and producer performs on his “What Matters Most Tour.” Folds, former frontman of the alt-rock trio Ben Folds Five, is now a solo artist. The “What Matters Most” album was released in June.
