4 new stores coming to Birmingham’s The Summit, 2 expanding
Birmingham’s The Summit is adding four new stores while two stores are expanding their floor space.
Abercrombie & Fitch, Alo, and Boll & Branch will be opening their first Alabama locations, while Ann Taylor will be relocating for an updated shopping experience.
In addition, lululemon and Kendra Scott will be adding space for merchandise.
“These new additions and updates to our current favorites will continue to elevate the shopping experience at The Summit, bringing fresh energy and even more reasons for our guests to visit,” Libby Harrell, marketing director for The Summit said.
Abercrombie & Fitch, a venerable lifestyle clothing store with styles for men, women and children, also offers accessories and fragrances.
Alo, expected to open this summer, is an athletic apparel brand to offers fitness clothing, yoga accessories and other products.
Women’s clothing store Ann Taylor will be relocating to a new space next to Vera Bradley, with an updated store design. It is expected to open in February.
Boll & Branch, a luxury bedding and home brand, will open near Urban Outfitters sometime this summer.
Kendra Scott will move to a new store near its current location, with expanded offerings and fresh designs this summer.
Sportswear retailer lululemon will open in a larger space adjacent to Culinary Dropout this summer.
The Summit has seen several stores open over the last year, including American Eagle, menswear store Mizzen+Main, jewelry brand gorjana and luxury men’s clothing store Peter Millar.
