3rd suspect charged in July shooting death of 16-year-old boy in Montgomery
A third suspect has been charged in the July shooting death of a 16-year-old boy in Montgomery.
Kanye McTier, 19, was taken into custody by U.S. Marshals Friday night, said Maj. Saba Coleman.
McTier and two other suspects, ages 14 and 15, are charged in the killing of a the teen, whose identity has not been released. All three are charged with reckless murder.
The 16-year-old victim died Monday, July 24, two days after he was shot in the area of West Edgemont Avenue. The circumstances surrounding the shooting have not been released.
McTier is being held without bond on the Montgomery County Detention Facility.
