A 34-year-old man was killed in a shooting early Sunday in Montgomery.

Police on Monday identified the victim as Hector Figueroa.

Montgomery police and fire medics were dispatched at 1:41 a.m. to the 4400 block of Virginia Loop Road on a report of a person shot.

Maj. Saba Coleman said Figueroa was pronounced dead on the scene.

Details surrounding the deadly shooting have not been released.
