A woman was killed in a weekend crash in eastern Birmingham.

The Jefferson County Coroner’s Office identified the victim as Gabriela Rangel Cisneros. She was 31 and lived in Birmingham.

The wreck happened at 8:05 p.m. Saturday in the 1300 block of Center Point Parkway. She was taken to UAB Hospital where she was pronounced dead at 9:26 p.m.

Authorities said Cisneros was a passenger in a vehicle that collided with another vehicle. No other information was released.

Birmingham police are investigating.
