As holidays go, Labor Day is among the hardest to plan a party around. Other than a few parades, the weekend set aside to pay homage to working folks is pretty much a free-for-all when it comes to celebrating.

But I don’t think that should be the case. I think that we need to turn Labor Day into a party to end all parties.

And since there is no “official” foodstuff associated with this special day, the sky is the limit when it comes to crafting a menu. You can do just about anything you like with impunity.
