3 injured in north Alabama school bus crash
Florence police have confirmed a two-vehicle accident this morning involving a school bus.
Joshua Meza of Florence police said the injuries in the crash were not critical.
WAFF is reporting the incident happened at about 7:30 a.m. when a driver of a car ran a red light and struck the bus on the side.
The incident happened at the intersection of Tune Avenue and Florence Boulevard.
Two students on the bus, and the driver of the car, were transported to the hospital.
About 15 students were onboard the bus at the time.
