A 25-year-old man was shot to death early Saturday in Montgomery.

Police identified the victim as Tracy Cloud Jr. He lived in Montgomery.

Capt. Raymond Carson said officers and fire medics responded at 1:30 a.m. to a report of a person shot in the 3900 block of Eastern Boulevard. They arrived to find Cloud unresponsive, and he was pronounced dead on the scene.

Carson said no arrests have been made, and no additional details are being released at this time.
