23-year-old ID’d as motorcyclist killed in weekend Hueytown crash

Authorities have released the name of a motorcyclist killed in a crash Saturday night in Hueytown.

The Jefferson County Coroner’s Office identified the fatality victim as Chad Clayton Fuller. He was 23 and lived in Adamsville.

The wreck happened about 10:15 p.m. in the 3100 block of Allison Bonnett Memorial Drive.

According to police, Fuller was driving eastbound, lost control in a curve and slid into a westbound vehicle.

Hueytown Fire and Rescue attempted life-saving measures, but Fuller was pronounced dead on the scene at 11:06 p.m.

The driver of the car was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.

The crash is being investigated by the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office.
