The Mavericks are back home Friday night and in position to close out the short-handed Clippers after handing Los Angeles a humbling 30-point defeat at Crypto.com Arena on Wednesday night.

For you player prop fans, I’ve also got three top player prop picks for tonight’s potential series-ending battle.

Clippers vs. Mavericks Game 6 player prop picks, odds: Luka Doncic Over 9.5 assists (-115 on FanDuel)

Doncic has unsurprisingly been doing it all during this series, and despite the fact he’s averaging 25.4 shot attempts per contest, he’s also found a way to hand out 8.8 assists per game.

The only reason that figure isn’t higher is because of a six-assist effort in Game 1, as he’s otherwise recorded at least nine dimes in each of the subsequent four games. That includes back-to-back 10-assist efforts in Games 4 and 5.

The Clippers’ defense has obviously taken a hit without Kawhi Leonard (knee), who’ll remain out Friday. That’s helped the Mavs shoot 49.6 percent over the last three games, with Doncic’s assist production naturally a beneficiary.

Given this number clearly is achievable for Luka and the price here isn’t unreasonable by any stretch, I like this prop to have a solid chance of cashing as the Mavs push forward for a series win on their home floor.

Clippers vs. Mavericks Game 6 player prop picks, odds: Paul George Over 10.5 rebounds + assists (+110 on DraftKings)

George has helped pick up the slack in Kawhi’s absence, and he’s averaged 6.0 rebounds and 4.8 assists over the first five games of the series. More importantly, he totaled 14 and 15 rebounds and assists in Games 4 and 5, respectively, the most recent pair of contests Kawhi sat out.

George has a team-high 30.3 percent usage rate with Kawhi off the floor since the start of the regular season and is clocking 6.2 rebounds and 4.0 assists per 36 minutes in that split as well.

The Clippers are also shooting a sub-par 45.6 percent in the last three games – setting up some opportunities on the offensive glass – and George should therefore have a fair shot at cashing this prop at an appealing plus-money price.

Clippers vs. Mavericks Game 6 player prop picks, odds: James Harden Over 19.5 points (-120 on Bet365)

Harden surpassed this point total in each of the first four games of the series, when he averaged 26.0 points per contest on 54.1 percent shooting, including 50.0 percent from three-point range.

The Beard then took a major downturn in Game 5, going just 2-for-12 from the floor on his way to a paltry seven points in 33 minutes. However, we’ll chalk that up as a major outlier and push forward to take advantage of this very reachable figure for him Friday.

As already mentioned, the Clippers are in desperation mode, which should mean plenty of usage for Harden as the primary ball handler. The veteran sharpshooter is averaging 21.5 points per 36 minutes with Kawhi off the floor since the start of the season, and he’s scored at least 20 points on 29 occasions since the start of the campaign.

Harden is averaging a solid 14.6 shot attempts per game in the series after averaging only 11.4 per contest in the regular season, and it’s also worth noting he drained 39.2 percent of his three-point attempts on the road during the 2023-24 campaign before enjoying even more success in this series.
