2024 Alabama-Georgia TV, kickoff time announced
When Georgia travels to play Tuscaloosa to face Nick Saban and Alabama, it will be under the lights.
The SEC – as well as Good Morning America – announced Wednesday the Sept. 28 game will kick off at 6:30 p.m. (7:30 p.m. ET) and will be televised on ABC.
The announcement comes two days after the SEC announced the date for Alabama’s game at Oklahoma and just hours before a two-hour SEC schedule reveal Wednesday night.
The game’s date, along with other key points of the 2024 SEC schedule were previously reported by ESPN, which will take over the league’s full television rights next season.
Alabama opens 2024 at Bryant-Denny Stadium against Western Kentucky and South Florida. On Sept. 14, the Tide plays at Wisconsin at Camp Randall before starting its SEC schedule.
The 2024 SEC Football Schedule Reveal is set for 6 p.m. Wednesday and will be live streamed on DirecTV Stream (free trial) and fuboTV (free trial and $20 off the first two months). The show will feature SEC Nation host Laura Rutledge along with Joey Galloway, Greg McElroy and Tim Tebow, with additional perspective from Paul Finebaum and various guests.
