2023 Soul Train Awards: How to watch, where to live stream free

Hosted by actress Keke Palmer, the 2023 Soul Train Awards is scheduled to kick off on BET Sunday, Nov. 26 at 8/7c.

According to BET, the Soul Train Awards recognizes the best in Soul, R&B and Hip Hop from established industry legends and the next generation of promising artists.

During this year’s show, Summer Walker, SZA,and Usher all lead in nominations with nine nods each.

Meanwhile, headlining performers during Sunday’s show will include BJ The Chicago Kid, Coco Jones, Danté Bowe, Fridayy, Muni Long, SWV and Keke Palmer herself.

Where can I watch the 2023 Soul Train Awards?

Those without basic cable can still live steam the BET channel and watch the 2023 BET Awards via Philo, Sling, FuboTV and DirecTV Stream.

All three streaming services, with the exception on Sling, offer free trials for new subscribers who can stream the awards show for free before committing to an actual subscription.

It offers three different channel packages, Sling Blue and Sling Orange that are each $40 a month and Sling Orange + Blue that is just the first two channel packages combined for $55 a month.

All three streaming packages offer the BET channel with a subscription.

What is FuboTV?

FuboTV is also an alternative to regular cable, but with more exclusive channel options.

FuboTV considers itself a sports-focused streaming service, but overall, its standard package comes with over 100 live channels for $74.99 a month after its free trial. These channels include ESPN, ABC, NBC, CBS, TLC, MTV and much more.

FuboTV also comes with a variety of shows and movies users can watch on-demand along with the option to record your favorite TV shows.

What is DirecTV Stream?

DirecTV Stream is similar to FuboTV in that it offers many of the same channels and features. At $69.99 a month with a free trial, its base package comes with a little over 75 live TV channels.
