The 2022 CMT Artists of the Year awards special will premiere live on CMT Friday, Oct. 14 at 9/8c.

CMT Artists of the Year honors the biggest names in country music with live performances, special tributes, surprise celebrity appearances and more in in Nashville, Tenn.

This year’s show will honor Carly Pearce, Cody Johnson, Kane Brown, Luke Combs, Walker Hayes and Lainey Wilson

Alan Jackson will also be honored with a once-in-a-lifetime award.
