Huntsville police say two people were wounded Monday morning at a Huntsville service station.

Sydney Martin with Huntsville police said officers responded to 404 Highway 72 East shortly before 11 a.m. on a shooting call.

Two individuals involved in the shooting are at the hospital.

One was transported by HEMSI, while the other showed up at the hospital in a personal vehicle. Both are expected to survive.

There is no word yet on what happened to prompt the shooting. At this time, police do not believe anyone else was involved in the incident.
