Two people died Tuesday morning following a two-vehicle crash in Decatur.

Police, along with Decatur Fire & Rescue and Decatur Morgan EMS were called to a crash on Beltline Road S.W. and 9th Street S.W. about 10:46 a.m. near Logan’s Roadhouse, according to police.

The driver of one vehicle, Gean Johnson, 72, died at the scene, Morgan County Coroner Jeff Chunn said.

The passenger of the same vehicle, Felice Tucker, 69, was transported to Parkway Medical Center, where she died from her injuries.

The driver of the other vehicle was not injured.
