The top player in the class currently is Belleville, Mich., quarterback Bryce Underwood. Savannah, Ga., defensive lineman Elijah Griffin is No. 2. Both are uncommitted.
Williams, a 6-foot-1, 175-pound wide receiver, was just the second underclassmen to win Mr. Football. As a sophomore, he helped lead the Spartans to their first Class 6A state championship.
In a breakout season, Williams caught 88 passes for 1,641 yards and 24 touchdowns. He also rushed 57 times for 700 yards and 15 TDs, threw a touchdown pass and scored on a pair of punt returns.
He committed to Alabama in October, though multiple SEC and national teams have continued to pursue him. Oregon, Florida and Penn State all have offered in the last week.
The 6-foot-1, 185-pound Offord already has offers from Alabama, Arkansas, Auburn, Colorado, Florida State, Georgia, Miami and Ohio State among others. Offord had 40 tackles, including seven for a loss, and two interceptions last fall. He also had 1,126 yards of total offense and 10 touchdowns.
