An investigation is underway after a teen was fatally shot in Montgomery.

Police on Sunday identified the victim as 18-year-old Mar’Dresha Stovall.

Authorities were notified at 12:43 p.m. Saturday that Stovall had shown up with a gunshot wound and had been pronounced dead. Montgomery police Capt. Jarrett Williams said investigators determined the shooting happened in the 2200 block of Eastern Boulevard.

No other information was released, and no arrests have been announced.
