A weekend shooting in Montgomery left a teen dead and a man injured.

Police and medics responded at 8:26 p.m. Saturday to a report of two people shot in the 1200 block of Eastern Boulevard.

Sgt. Tina McGriff said 17-year-old Jekobi Douglas was pronounced dead on the scene.

The second victim was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.

Details surrounding the shooting have not been released, and no arrests have been made.
