16-year-old is 2nd suspect charged in Friday homicide in Montgomery
A young teen is charged with capital murder in the Friday shooting death of a 41-year-old man in Montgomery.
Police on Saturday announced the arrest of a 16-year-old boy in the slaying of Craig Adair. The teen’s name is being withheld because of his age.
He is the second suspect charged in Adair’s death. Police on Friday charged Kendrick Moorer, 28, with capital murder also.
Police and fire medics responded to the 6100 block of Eric Lane around 10 a.m. Friday.
Officers found Adair with a life-threatening gunshot wound at the scene, said Maj. Saba Coleman. He was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.
