A Friday-night shooting in Montgomery left a young teen dead.

Police and medics were dispatched at 10:10 p.m. to the 4800 block of Park Towne Way on a report of a person shot, said Maj. Saba Coleman.

When they arrived on the scene, they found a 15-year-old boy wounded. He was taken to the hospital where he was later pronounced dead.

Coleman said no additional details were available. No arrests have been made.
