When it comes to student life – things like social life, athletics, quality and diversity – you apparently can’t beat the University of Southern California.

That’s according to a Niche ranking of U.S. colleges with the best student life. USC came in first, followed by the University of Georgia, University of California Los Angeles, University of Michigan and Vanderbilt University.

Only one university in Alabama made the national top 10. The University of Alabama ranked 10th in the country for best student life, according to the Niche ranking.
