14-year-old boy among 2 wounded in Tuscaloosa shooting

A young teen was one of two people shot Saturday evening in Tuscaloosa.

The shooting happened about 6:30 p.m. in the 3100 block of 21st Street.

Tuscaloosa Violent Crimes Unit Capt. Marty Sellers said a 14-year-old boy and a 45-year-old man were wounded. Their injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.

Details surrounding the incident have not been released, and no arrests have been announced.

Sellers said the investigation is ongoing.
