$1 million Powerball ticket sold at Flora-Bama Liquor & Lottery
Someone bought a Powerball ticket in the Pensacola area that is now worth $1 million.
No one matched all six numbers to last night’s Powerball drawing, which means that Wednesday’s will be for $1.2 billion.
WEAR is reporting that a ticket matching five of the numbers from Monday night’s drawing was sold at the Flora-Bama Liquor & Lottery store at 17395 Perdido Key Dr.
The winning numbers were 13-19-36-39 and 59 – and the Powerball was 13.
According to Powerball, there were 10 tickets nationwide that matched all five white balls to win the $1 million prize.
If a player wins Wednesday’s jackpot, it will be the second-largest jackpot in Powerball history.
A world record Powerball jackpot in 2016 unloaded $1.586 billion, shared by ticketholders in California, Florida and Tennessee.
Last year, a Gulf Shores resident purchased a winning $1 million lottery ticket at the Flora-Bama Liquor store.
In 2019, the Flora-Bama was the fifth highest lottery-selling location in Florida, netting about $3.5 million in yearly sales of lotto and scratch-off tickets.
