1 dead following triple shooting in Tuscaloosa
One person has died following a triple shooting in a Tuscaloosa neighborhood.
Tuscaloosa police responded about 4 p.m. Wednesday to the shooting in the 2700 block of Beech Street.
Once on the scene, they found three males suffering from gunshot wounds. All three were rushed to the hospital where one of the victims later died.
Tuscaloosa Violent Crimes Unit Capt. Jack Kennedy said the other two remain hospitalized.
The names and ages of the victims have not been released.
Kennedy said there were multiple witnesses to the shooting. All of those believed to be involved are in custody as the investigation continues.
Charges are pending.
